Volunteering
Requires participants to dedicate time to a worthwhile cause in their community, such as helping people, working with animals or the environment, or supporting a charity. Activities must be unpaid and for a not-for-profit organisation so cannot be business related.

Physical
Requires participants to improve their physical fitness and adopting a healthier lifestyle through regular activity, which can include any sport, dance, or fitness activity. It can be a new or existing activity that requires sustained energy, and participants must set a challenge and show improvement over time.

Skills
Requires participants to focus on developing practical, social, and personal interests by learning a new skill or improving an existing one. This section is about personal development and building confidence and improving oneself holistically. Activities that are mainly physical-based must be under the Physical section not as a ‘Skill’.

Expedition
This is a mandatory teamwork challenge where participants plan, train for, and complete a self-sufficient journey to develop initiative, teamwork, and a spirit of adventure. Participants will also need to agree a team goal and present their aims to the Expedition Assessor.
